HVACR Demand Validation : Year Round Facility Wide Energy Prediction

This service extends the Multi-Area HVACR Estimation to Facility Wide Energy Estimations.

This can be used in 2 Modes! Mode A is for existing facilcities wanting to IDENTIFY HVACR Energy Saving Opportunities. Mode B is for NEW facilities wanting to install HVACR systems.

Most of the times due to inaccurate estimation, incorrect safety factors coupled with lack of usage data there is tremendous oversizing in the HVACR eqpm proposed to be used.

This leads to HEAVY 1st costs and continuing higher energy costs. Simulating HVACR Energy Costs for NEW Installations [Mode B] helps in optimizing / deferring of 1st & reducing operating costs as all stakeholders can assess the impact of various scenarios & take judicious decisions.

Non-use of Demand validation during Installation [Mode B] and subsequent changes in usage & HVACR loads leads to the use case [Mode A] i.e. existing facilities where the HVACR demand & supply then are totally mis-matched.

In this use case Energy can be optimized & capital locked up in excess capacity may be used elsewhere if possible.
