Building Energy Simulation Options

This has 3 components

A. Faster & Cheaper E-Sim which does NOT use the E+ system, but which is approx 90+% accurate - which we use as GUIDE for the E+ based ESim

B. E+ based Energy Sim which takes much longer & is way costlier but which is expected to be most accurate

C. Optional CFD component which can be done as an extension to A or B.

Item A - This extends the Multi-Area HVAC Estimation & Demand Validation to all aspects of BUILDING energy. Gives 90+% accurate results, is extremely fast & majority of the data can be given thru online forms. This is also the DEFAULT simulation which is ALWAYS done prior to E+ based ESim to avoid errors, save time & guide the E+ Sim.

Item B - This is the detailed E Sim based on E+ with Open Studio and SketchUp guided by the results & data from Item A. This option is costlier as it takes much longer, but is expected to be of highest accuracy.

Item C - The optional CFD component which will use the building geometry & other parametric data created in either A or B.
